Along Jalan Sungai Andai, estate after estate has appeared, from subsidised starter homes to two-storey commercial builds, making it a popular entry point for young families and first-time buyers.
The appeal is simple: prices still gentler than the city centre, yet well connected. Jalan Sungai Andai links to Jalan Brigjen H. Hasan Basri (Kayu Tangi) on one side and feeds toward Jalan A.
