Privacy Policy

• This site sets no cookies for visitors. There is no third-party advertising and no social-media tracking pixel.
• Visits are counted with a random code that changes every day, so we know how many people came without being able to follow one person from one day to the next.
• What you type into a form is used to follow up on your property, and nothing else.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.

Each time our server hands you a page, we read a few things your browser sends automatically: your IP address, your user agent (browser and operating system), the referring page, and the approximate country and city Cloudflare derives from that IP address.

We do not store your IP address or your user agent. Both are turned into a single random code and then discarded. The date is part of how that code is computed, so the same person on two different days produces two codes that cannot be linked to each other.

What actually lands in our database is only this:

• that daily random code;
• the page path you opened, without anything after the question mark;
• the page language: Indonesian, English, or Chinese;
• a device category: mobile, tablet, or desktop;
• the referring URL, truncated to 512 characters;
• Cloudflare's approximate country and city;
• the time it happened.

We use it for simple questions: how many people came, which pages they opened, which listing draws the most attention, and where visitors arrive from — TikTok, Instagram, search results, or a direct link.

A few actions are recorded as events too: opening a photo gallery, opening the map, tapping a WhatsApp or phone button, submitting a form, using the mortgage calculator, and tapping share. What gets recorded is the action, not who performed it.

The public side of vorneo.id sets no cookies at all. That is also why you will not find a cookie consent banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

Two things are worth knowing so the picture is complete:

• The save button on a listing card keeps your shortlist in your own browser's local storage. It is never sent to our server, and it disappears as soon as you clear the site's data.
• The admin area does set a session cookie, but only for Vorneo staff who sign in there. Ordinary visitors never receive it.

The form for listing a property with us collects:

• your name;
• your WhatsApp number;
• whether you are the owner or an intermediary;
• the property type, and whether it is for sale or for rent;
• the property's location or address, and a Google Maps link if you add one;
• land and building area, and the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and floors;
• the certificate type and the price you are asking;
• any notes you write yourself;
• up to 12 photos of the property that you upload.

The contact form is shorter: just your name and your message. Once sent, WhatsApp opens with that message already filled in so the conversation can continue there.

All of it serves one purpose: to assess your property, to get back to you, and — if you ask us to market it — to prepare the marketing material.

Most of our communication continues on WhatsApp. Those conversations live on WhatsApp and are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one. Notes we make from them — property details you mention, for example — are stored in our own database.

Vorneo Property is run by a small team, and only the staff who need it can open your data through the admin panel.

If you ask us to market your property, the property material — photos, specifications, location, and price — goes live on vorneo.id and may also be published on our social channels. Your name and WhatsApp number are not shown on the listing page; we hold them to contact you and to put you in touch with serious buyers.

At your request, the price can be shown as a range or hidden, and the exact location can be obscured. Tell us before the listing goes live.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.

This site leans on a few outside services, and each of them sees some part of the picture:

• Cloudflare — hosting, database, and photo storage. All traffic to this site passes through their network.
• OpenFreeMap — the map provider. When a map page opens, your browser fetches map tiles directly from their servers, so your IP address is visible to them.
• Unsplash — the source of some article illustration photos, loaded directly by your browser on article pages.
• WhatsApp — our conversation channel.
• TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook — where we publish property material. The pages of this site carry no tracking pixel from any platform.

Fonts and icons are served from our own servers, so opening a page here does not trigger a request to a third-party font service.

Honestly: there is no automatic deletion window at the moment. Visit records and property data stay until we delete them by hand. We would rather write that down plainly than promise a retention period the system does not actually enforce.

What softens it: the visit records contain no name, no phone number, and no IP address — only the random code that has already rotated.

Message us on WhatsApp at +62 851-2699-4509 with the name and number you used on the form. We will delete your submission, your contact record, and the photos you uploaded.

If your property is already listed and you want it taken down, tell us on the same number and we will unpublish the listing page.

One thing we cannot do: delete specific visit records on your behalf. Those rows are not tied to anyone's identity, so we have no way to find which ones are yours.

If how the site works changes, we update this page and change the date at the top.
