Vorneo Property now runs 13 Instagram accounts called Info Property, one for each regency and city in South Kalimantan. The last six opened in late August 2026, so the whole province is covered.

The main account, @vorneo.property, and @paman_properti carry on exactly as before. What is new is the set of accounts that post only what is for sale in their own area.

Why split the accounts by area

People look for property in one specific place.

Someone in Amuntai wants to see houses in Amuntai, not a shophouse in Batulicin a long drive away. Put everything on one account and most of what lands in their feed is irrelevant to them, and sooner or later they stop following.

Split the accounts and the content explains itself. The Kandangan account posts property in Hulu Sungai Selatan and nothing else, and the people following it are the people looking there.

There is a second effect worth naming. Instagram suggests an account to people based on where they are and what they already watch, so an account whose posts are consistently about one area reaches people in that area more easily than a province-wide account with a mixed feed.

The 13 accounts

Each account is named after the town people there actually say, not after the regency on the map. Someone in Martapura calls the place Martapura, and nobody in Kandangan says Hulu Sungai Selatan while house hunting.

Balangan is the one exception. Its seat is Paringin, but the regency name is the better known of the two, so the account carries it.

What changes for owners

If you hand a house, a plot of land, or a shophouse to Vorneo, it now goes out in three places at once:

  • The Info Property account for the regency or city the property sits in.
  • The main Vorneo Property account, which still carries the whole catalogue.
  • Its own page on this site, with photos, a map, and a listing code you can send over WhatsApp.

None of that costs extra. On the commission arrangement the photos, video, and promotion are on us, and you only pay once the property sells. The details are on the sell-with-us page.

The people who feel the difference most are owners in the regencies furthest from Banjarmasin. Their listing used to compete with big-city property on one shared account. Now it runs on an account that carries their own area and nothing else.

What changes for buyers

Follow the account closest to you. It carries property in that area only, so there is nothing to filter out.

If you are looking in more than one area, follow both. Plenty of people work in one city and shop for a house in the next one over, Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru being the obvious pair.

Not every account is equally busy yet.

Vorneo works most actively in Banjarmasin, Banjarbaru, Banjar Regency, Barito Kuala, and Tanah Laut, so those five accounts post most often. The rest are live and running, they simply have fewer properties on them so far.
