Description
An oil palm plantation of about 600 hectares in Tapin Regency, South Kalimantan. The estate can be reached by road or by river.
About 550 hectares are planted with around 80,000 palms, planted between 2011 and 2013 on tidal land. A further 54 hectares or so of cleared, acquired land is unplanted. According to the company's 2023 records, estimated output is about 5,400 tonnes of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) a year, currently sold to two buyers.
On-site facilities include a 54 m² office, 84 m² staff quarters, a 12 m² security post, about 2.8 hectares of roads, bridges and drainage channels, and two boats, one large and one small.
The sale includes the limited liability company (PT) holding the Location Permit and Plantation Business Permit (IUP) issued by the Regent of Tapin, together with its deeds of establishment and amendment and its Business Identification Number (NIB).
