Oil Palm Estate, Land Area ±1,700 ha, for Sale in Kutai Kartanegara

This oil palm estate lies in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. It covers about 1,700 hectares in total and holds a plantation business permit, Right to Cultivate (HGU) titles and one Right to Build (SHGB) certificate.

According to a summary dated January 2022, about 1,300 hectares are planted with around 240,000 palms, established in stages between 2010 and 2012. The rest of the area is allocated to a nursery, emplacement, infrastructure and a mill site, with about 190 hectares still available.

The estate already has a palm oil mill structure with part of its machinery on site, including sterilizers, a boiler, generator sets and a water treatment plant. Supporting buildings include staff houses, an office, a mosque, worker barracks, a permanent guest house and a warehouse, linked by main roads, production roads, drains and 56 timber bridges.
