# Consigning your property with Vorneo

## Pick the arrangement that fits

Three packages, yours to pick. Only three things differ: who chases the buyer, when you pay, and how soon we come out to survey it.

Any upfront fee depends on how far the property is and how much there is to shoot. We quote it before any work starts.

- **Commission** — We sell it for you, all the way to signing. Nothing upfront.. Rp 0 upfront. The visit and shoot happen when your turn comes. Photos, video, and promotion are on us. We screen buyers and guide the haggling through to signing. If it doesn't sell, you pay nothing
- **Priority Commission** — Exactly the Commission route, except your visit and shoot jump the queue.. Priority fee + commission. Your visit and shoot go to the front of the queue. Everything else is identical to the Commission package. We still screen buyers and see it through to signing. For a property you want moved quickly
- **Flat Fee** — One payment upfront, then you deal with buyers yourself.. Paid upfront, no commission. Your visit and shoot go to the front of the queue. Buyers contact you directly. You handle the negotiation, the viewings, and the paperwork. No commission, but no hand-holding either

### How does this work?

Your details come in, we do the marketing. If it finds the right buyer, we see it through to signing and the commission is paid then. If it doesn't, you are never out of pocket.

### What's the commission?

Our commission is 2 to 5 percent of the sale price, paid once, after the property sells and the money reaches you. The figure is open to discussion first.

### Is there anything to pay upfront?

Nothing, on the commission route. The survey, photos, video, and promotion are on us; you pay once it sells. The only thing paid upfront is priority, if you ask for it.

### If it doesn't sell, what do I owe?

On the commission route, nothing. The photo and promotion costs already spent are our risk. You're free to pull the property any time.

### What does priority get me, and what does it cost?

What you're buying is the queue, not the advertising — we promote it on every package. A lot of owners are waiting to be surveyed, and the priority fee moves yours to the front: the visit, the photos, and the video get done first. The fee depends on how far the property is and how much there is to shoot, and we quote it upfront.

### Who sets the asking price?

You do. We recommend a figure from recent sales nearby, but the price that goes live is the one you approve. We won't go below it without your say-so.

### Do I have to list only with Vorneo?

Not required. You can still sell it yourself or through other agents, and if the buyer comes from you, we don't charge a commission. List only with us and it gets a bigger share of our promotion.

### What documents do I need?

To start marketing it: photos, the address, the size, and a price. The formal documents are only needed as the transaction approaches.

### My land has no certificate, only a segel. Can you take it?

Yes. There are fewer buyers and the price sits below certified land — we'll say so plainly. If you'd rather certify it first, we'll point you to the land office.

### How long does it usually take?

It depends on price and location. Priced in line with the market, serious interest usually comes within weeks; above the market, it can take months.

### Which areas do you cover?

We focus on Banjarmasin, Banjarbaru, Banjar Regency, and Pelaihari, where we can survey in person. Beyond that, we still market across all of South Kalimantan, and a visit is still something we can work out.
